These Terms govern your use of the AdsVine advertising network as a publisher.
Publisher Obligations
You must own or control the websites you submit, ensure your traffic is genuine, and comply with all applicable laws and Google Ad Manager policies. Invalid traffic, bot activity or policy violations may result in suspension and forfeiture of associated earnings.
Revenue Share
Your earnings are calculated from gross Google Ad Manager revenue attributable to your mapped websites, multiplied by the publisher share defined in your agreement in effect on each date.
Payments
Payments are issued according to the payment terms shown in your dashboard, once your balance meets the minimum payout. You are responsible for the accuracy of your payment details and any taxes applicable to your earnings.
Account Suspension
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with written notice where practicable.
Changes
We may update these Terms; continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
